Kjetils Blå Bølger: Hvorfor skal man voldta kvinnelige jomfruer i fengsel? (چرا باید به یک زن باکره در زندان تجاوز مرد؟ )

Overskriften er provoserende. Men den iranske Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi har da også ganske ekstreme synspunkter. Desto viktigere er det at vår utenriksminister ikke bare koseprater med prestestyret i Iran, men er villig til å kjempe for menneskerettighetene. Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi er en nær alliert av Rahbar (leder, statsoverhode) Khamenei. Her er hans svar på spørsmål om voldtekt og tortur av fanger:

1- آیا اعتراف گیری تحت فشار و شکنجه روحی و روانی و جسمی اعتبار اسلامی دارد ؟
ج – اعتراف گیری از ضد ولایت فقیه به هر شکلی جایز است

Q. Is it a valid to acquire a confession by the use of force and emotional torture under Islam?
A. Getting a confession from the enemies of “velayateh Faghih” is authorized by any means.

2- اعتراف گیری با استفاده از مواد مخدر و افیون و داروهای کدوئینه جایز است ؟
ج – اعتراف گیری از ضد ولایت مطلقه به هر شکلی جایز است .

Q. Is getting a confession through the use of Opium and other mind altering drugs Allowed?
A. Getting a confession from the enemies of “velayateh Faghih” is authorized by any means.

3- آیا بازجو میتواند به زندانی تجاوز جنسی کند تا اعتراف بگیرد ؟
ج – احتیاط واجب آن است که قبل از اینکار حتما وضو بگیرد و هنگام عمل ذکر گوید .اگرزندانی زن است هم از فرج و هم از دوبر دخول اشکال ندارد بهتر است در محل بازجویی کس دیگری نباشد . اما اگر زندانی مرد است احوط است در حضور دیگر باز جویان دخول صورت گیرد

Q. Can the prison guard rape him or her to extract a confession?
A. Caution would require one to do a ritual ablution prior to the rape and to recite some “religious shit” (translator’s words) during the act. If the prisoner is female she can be entered from the front and the back but it is better if the “happy couple” are left alone. But if the prisoner is male it is more cautious that the act of penetration be done in the presence of other torturers.

4- اگر زن زندانی حامله شود تکلیف چیست ؟ یا آن فرزند حرامزاده است ؟
ج – فرز د ضعیفه ضد ولایت مطلقه فقیه مطابق نص قران مجید در هر صورت حرامزاده است چه توسط بازجو باردار شود چه توسط شوهرش . اما اگر بازجو فرزندی طفل متولد شده را گردن نهد ، بنابر احتیاط واجب طفل حلالزاده و شیعه اثنی عشری است.

Q. If a female prisoner becomes pregnant what should be done? Will the child be a bastard?
A. In case the weakling (an Islamic term used for woman), is against the “Absolute Velayateh Faghih” according to the Holy Koran, the child will be a bastard anyway be it conceived from the prison guard or her husband. But if the prison guard accepts responsibility for the newborn, it is more cautious to consider the child not to be a bastard and think of it as a Shia “blah blah” member.

5- آیا تجاوز جنسی در زندان به مردها و پسران جوان لواط محسوب نمی شود ؟
خیر . چون زندانی بدون میل و رغبت به آن تن داده است . البته اگر جوان مفعول را خوشA 7مده باشد احتیاط مستحب آن است که دیگر این عمل تکرار نگردد .

Q. Isn’t the rape of men and boys in prison considered to be a homosexual act and therefor unislamic?

A. NO. Because the prisoner is not willingly participating in the rape. But if the prisoner enjoys being raped then this should not be repeated.

6- تجاوز به دختران باکره در زندان چه حکمی دارد ؟
ج – اگر قرار است زن را اعدام کنند ، برای بازجو به اندازه یک حج تمتع واجب صواب دارد و به همان انداز7 بر گناهان دختر افزوده میشود . اما اگر زندانی قرار نیست اعدام شود ، به اندازه زیارت کربلا برای بازجو صواب دارد

Q. What is the reasoning behind the rape of Virgin girls in prison?
A. If the girl will be put to death then this act is the equivalent of a pilgrimage to mecca on the Haj and to the same extent the sins of the girl are multiplied by the same amount. But if she is not scheduled to be put to death, then her rape will only be considered to be equivalent to a pilgrimage to Karbala for the “rapist” prison guard.

Så bør det bemerkes at det finnes ekstremister i mange leire, og disse holdningene er på ingen måte typisk for muslimer. Ekstremisme bør bekjempes uansett hvor den finnes, og den beste måten å gjøre det på er å snakke åpent om den. Det blir som med trollet som sprakk når det kom ut i sola.
